In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to our subscription services. Your fluency in French will be critical as you guide clients through the sign-up process, assist with account management, and handle any questions or challenges they may encounter while using our services. By delivering high-quality customer care, you will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and retention.
