This position is perfect for individuals who not only possess strong communication skills in French but also have a passion for technology and excellent customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in understanding their telecommunications needs and ensure a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, products, and packages via phone, email, and live chat in French. Provide detailed information regarding service plans, pricing, billing issues, and technical support. Assist customers with account management, including changes to services and troubleshooting issues. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide customers with complete and effective solutions. Stay updated on the latest telecommunications trends and product offerings to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused mindset. Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM software and customer service tools. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required, and the ability to relocate to Greece.
