Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in French. Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and service modifications. Provide accurate and timely information regarding product features, promotions, and service availability. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends to assist customers effectively. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
