Helfy is announcing a vacancy for the position of: French-Speaking Customer Support Representative Location: Kostava Street, Tbilisi, Georgia Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 or 10:00 – 19:00 Salary: 2200 GEL + bonuses This position does not involve sales or telemarketing, but rather focuses solely on customer care and support through email, chat, or phone calls. Responsibilities Communicating with customers through various channels (HubSpot, WhatsApp, chat, phone) and providing prompt responses to their inquiries. Learning about our products and website: you will need to thoroughly familiarize yourself with our products (and website functions) to answer questions. It is not necessary to know every medication we sell, but you must be able to easily navigate the website and quickly find the required information. Processing orders and customer requests both via the admin panel and email. Record keeping: filling in Google Sheets and maintaining information such as customer interactions, transfers, comments, complaints, and statistics. Team communication: forwarding issues to different departments, including technical, marketing, and others. Providing feedback: sharing information on the effectiveness of the customer support process and collecting statistics for the technical and marketing teams. Problem-solving: assisting customers with issues such as payment or delivery delays. Handling customer complaints: offering timely solutions and alternatives, processing old orders, and resending packages when necessary. Assisting with orders: helping customers during the ordering process, refunds, or exchanges. Notifications: promptly informing customers about any delays, for example, if a medication is out of stock or a pharmacy is closed. Documentation: creating protocols for various potential cases and uploading them to the website as guidelines for other customer support specialists. Feedback and evaluation: collecting customer feedback, responding to reviews, and communicating with dissatisfied customers to resolve their problems. Requirements Fluency in French (mandatory). Knowledge of computer programs. Conversational English is a must (as the team is international and communication with colleagues is mostly in English). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
