Core Responsibilities & Everyday Operations As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary objective is to guide users through the modern digital payment ecosystem, transforming standard troubleshooting into seamless, secure, and successful financial journeys. Expert Consultation: Assist French-speaking clients via phone calls, emails, and live chat regarding payment processing, account configurations, and platform troubleshooting. Analytical Resolution: Investigate and resolve transaction errors, invoicing discrepancies, and profile security matters while maintaining high data accuracy and a helpful attitude. Security & Compliance: Strictly adhere to data privacy regulations (such as GDPR) and fraud prevention rules to ensure every transaction remains completely secure. Cross-Departmental Synergy: Act as the vital link between everyday platform users and our specialized technical departments, sharing user feedback to help optimize the application. Operational Efficiency: Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining professional, composed, and naturally friendly. Candidate Profile: What We Are Looking For We value a great attitude, strong communication abilities, and a solid work ethic above industry experience. Minimum Qualifications: Language Proficiency: Native or near-native mastery (C1/C2 level) of written and spoken French, paired with an intermediate (B2) command of English for internal company communication, tools, and onboarding. Tech Savviness: High comfort level navigating various digital tools and operating multiple software applications simultaneously. Helpful Mindset: A genuine passion for assisting people, with the innate capability to remain calm and professional during busy peak hours. Geographic Status: You currently reside in Lisbon, or are fully prepared to relocate to this beautiful coastal capital city independently or via our relocation scheme.
