Your Role: Supporting Online Finances As a Customer Consultant, you do far more than just answer everyday inquiries. You will actively guide users through the digital payment ecosystem, ensuring their financial transfers are processed without a hitch: Inquiry Resolution: Provide expert assistance to French-speaking clients regarding digital transfers, payment gateways, and account management. Technical Guidance: Troubleshoot platform issues and walk users step-by-step through the details of modern financial tools. Quality Assurance: Ensure every single interaction strictly adheres to the high-security standards required for handling sensitive financial data. Team Synergy: Utilize your English skills to participate in global meetings and collaborate on projects with international departments.
