Assist customers in setting up, syncing, and troubleshooting their Fitbit devices and the associated Fitbit app across iOS and Android platforms. Provide clear, empathetic guidance on Fitbit's health and wellness features, including heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, step counting, and activity goal management. Educate customers on how to maximize the benefits of their Fitbit device in support of their personal fitness and wellness journeys. Accurately log all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions within the internal CRM system, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records. Escalate complex technical issues or product defects to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfactory outcomes for customers. Stay informed on the latest Fitbit product updates, firmware releases, and Fitness & Wellness trends to provide current and accurate support. Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates. Native or fluent French language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate professionally and effectively in French at all times. Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for this position). A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, wearable technology, or health-oriented consumer products is highly desirable. Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a client-facing role is advantageous, though not strictly required — full training will be provided.
