In this critical role, you will help protect our clients by investigating fraudulent activities and ensuring the integrity of our services. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities while utilizing analytical skills to determine outcomes. Review and analyze documentation and data to identify patterns or anomalies that may indicate fraud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies. Engage with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on investigations. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, actions taken, and suggestions for future prevention measures. Stay up-to-date with industry trends in fraud prevention and detection to enhance investigative methods. Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly regarded. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess situations effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members. Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple investigations simultaneously. A proactive and ethical approach to problem-solving. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation expenses covered.
