Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented French Speaking Fraud Investigator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment with a fully paid relocation package provided to support your move. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and preventing fraudulent activities for our diverse client base. Responsibilities: Investigate suspicious transactions and activities using various tools and techniques. Analyze data and information to identify potential fraud patterns. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather evidence. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each investigation. Communicate effectively with clients in French to clarify cases and share findings. Stay updated on the latest fraud trends and prevention methods. Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in fraud investigation or a related field is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation expenses will be fully covered.
