Native or fluent French language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — a strong command of French is a non-negotiable requirement. Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment eligibility). A genuine interest in consumer electronics, smart home technology, or IoT devices, with the ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge confidently. Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field within the consumer electronics or technology industry is highly advantageous.
