Are you comfortable using Microsoft Copilot for advanced tasks? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Microsoft Ads B2B Customer Experts team in our state-of-art premises in Piraeus. About the Role Our team provides expert troubleshooting and optimization support to advertisers using Microsoft Ads for their Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. In this role, you help resolve technical issues, deliver data-driven recommendations, and empower advertisers to maximize performance and long-term success on the platform. What You Will Do • Diagnose & Resolve Issues: Quickly troubleshoot account setup, billing, disapprovals, conversion tracking, and platform functionality, using a consultative approach to understand each advertiser’s goals. • Provide Clear, Confident Solutions: Deliver timely, professional resolutions and leverage Copilot tools to ensure accuracy, clarity, and trust. • Recommend Performance Improvements: Identify optimization opportunities while resolving issues. Share data‑backed recommendations and educate customers on best practices and new Microsoft Advertising features, including Copilot workflows. • Educate & Empower Customers: Teach advertisers how to use Copilot for campaign creation, reporting, analysis, and optimization. Highlight the value of UET, automated bidding, audience targeting, and conversion tracking. • Build Strong Relationships: Offer proactive, personalized guidance that supports long‑term success. • Support Recovery & Retention: Use active listening, questioning, and empathy to address concerns, rebuild trust, and guide customers toward resolution. What We’re Looking For: Customer Interaction & Relationship Skills French language fluency (C1/C2) Strong English communication Experience in customer support, account management, or advertiser success Proven ability to build trust and manage challenging conversations High emotional intelligence and de‑escalation skills Consultative mindset with strong diagnostic questioning Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users Technical & Platform Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Advertising or major PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads) Comfortable using Copilot for analysis, summaries, and recommendations Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Ability to interpret performance data and provide customer‑first solutions Performance & Optimization Skills Experience building or optimizing paid search campaigns Understanding of bidding strategies, match types, quality score, and account structure Ability to use Copilot to improve analysis, reporting, and optimization suggestions Skilled in developing tailored recommendations that improve ROI and retention Nice to Have Direct Microsoft Advertising experience Broader digital marketing exposure (analytics, tracking, audiences) Retention or churn‑recovery experience CRM knowledge (Dynamics, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) Familiarity with reporting dashboards or data visualization tools Working Hours and Location: This is an on-site position, in our state-of-the-art premises in Piraeus, Greece Transportation provided for employees finishing after 10:00 PM What We Offer a.
