WEEKEND SHIFTS:

This is a part-time weekend role, with two 10-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Shifts will either start at 6:00 AM or 8:30 AM, scheduled according to team needs.

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving IT-related technical issues using your technical and customer service skills.
  • Guiding clients through the necessary steps to restore functionality.
  • Taking responsibility to resolve the issue or escalating to Level 2 support as needed.
  • Coordinating Service Requests and following up with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to solve problems and identify major service solutions.
  • Actively utilizing the knowledge base to resolve issues and identify potential knowledge gaps.
  • Coordinating and following up on Service Requests.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Native/close to native language skills in French (support language)
  • Considerable familiarity with MS Office Suite particularly and the Windows environment in general
  • Attention to details and analytical mind-set
  • Ability to work on multiple and/or similar activities simultaneously
  • Outstanding team player attitude
