Job Summary
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and motivated French-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our high-performing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, possess strong sales acumen, and have a passion for delivering exceptional client service in the luxury property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate fluently with French-speaking clients, providing expert guidance throughout the property buying, selling, or leasing process
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and integrity
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and documentation with clients
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluency in French and English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing
  • UAE real estate experience and RERA certification is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
