Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to announce a rewarding opportunity for a French Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant, with paid relocation to Bulgaria! This position is aimed at individuals who are passionate about customer service and are ready to experience life in one of the most picturesque countries in Eastern Europe. As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting French-speaking customers with their car rental needs, ensuring that their experience is both smooth and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients by assisting them with reservations and general inquiries. Manage the complete rental process, including vehicle pick-ups, returns, and associated documentation. Perform thorough inspections of vehicles and clearly explain the rental agreements to clients. Work closely with the operations team to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance with customer requirements. Stay informed about the fleet and promotional offers to provide valuable insights to customers. Qualifications: Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is a must; knowledge of English is advantageous. Prior experience in customer service or within the car rental industry is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. Ability to multitask and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with rental software and computer systems is a plus. Willing to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural experience.
