Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a French Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant with paid relocation to Bulgaria. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about delivering top-quality customer service while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle Bulgaria has to offer. As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will provide dedicated support to French-speaking customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist French-speaking clients with booking, vehicle pick-up, returns, and any rental inquiries. Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly. Conduct vehicle inspections and explain rental policies professionally and clearly. Collaborate with the operations team to maintain fleet readiness and availability. Stay updated on vehicles, promotions, and company policies to offer accurate information. Qualifications: Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus. Experience in customer service or car rental industry is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers and rental management software. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new cultural environment. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
