This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and wish to live and work in a dynamic European city. As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist French-speaking clients with their vehicle rental needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable rental process. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to French-speaking customers, managing inquiries, bookings, and support efficiently. Oversee the car rental process including vehicle handover, returns, and resolving any customer concerns. Carry out vehicle inspections and clearly communicate rental terms and conditions to clients. Coordinate with the operations team to maintain fleet availability and standards. Stay updated on fleet changes, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively. Qualifications: Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service or the car rental industry is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems and rental management software. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new cultural and professional environment.
