As our Senior Accountant, you sit at the crossroads of operations, technology, and compliance. You turn complexity into clarity: connecting French GAAP with IFRS, aligning local books with group reporting, and making sure our multi‑entity, multi‑country environment runs smoothly and reliably. You’ll play a key role in building the finance function of tomorrow: leading ERP integration, formalising robust accounting and reporting processes, and supporting the structuring of our finance team. Working hand in hand with our Finance Transformation Manager, you help turn change into an opportunity to build better, scalable, and future‑proof foundations for our business. What You Will Do Own the full accounting cycle (French GAAP / PCG) Manage the full closing process: general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, provisions, intercompany flows, and statutory filings under PCG. Work closely with AP and AR to secure accurate, timely postings and reconciliations. Prepare and monitor tax and social declarations (VAT, corporate tax, etc.). Lead ERP migration and financial integration Drive or support ERP and finance tool migrations to ensure smooth, business‑aligned transitions. Translate operational needs into accounting and reporting requirements. Ensure data quality and consistency between old and new systems. Bridge French GAAP and IFRS Connect French GAAP and IFRS to design scalable, compliant accounting processes. Support IFRS‑based reporting, analyses, and reconciliations between local and group figures. Provide technical guidance on complex topics to the finance team and management. Support and structure our finance organization Help structure the finance team, clarify roles, and support/mentor new joiners. Provide technical support, analyses, and both regular and ad‑hoc reporting. Work hand in hand with our Finance Transformation Manager on key transformation projects. Your Profile Experience & background 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and/or financial integration, ideally in international environments. Strong experience in full accounting cycles, period‑end closing, audit, and cross‑border financial operations. 4 to 5 years of experience in an accounting/audit or consulting firm is a strong plus. Technical skills Strong knowledge of the French accounting framework (PCG) and French GAAP. Proven experience in the articulation between French GAAP and IFRS, or strong motivation to be involved in IFRS projects.
