Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking French Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating social media content in French, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your work will help foster a safe and engaging online environment for the French-speaking community. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate social media content in French to ensure it aligns with community standards and company policies. Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in French. Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company protocols. Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to improve content moderation processes and community engagement. Stay updated on social media trends, moderation guidelines, and best practices. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in social media moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation policies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and sound judgment skills. Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
