You will be the point of contact for our French-speaking customers, helping them navigate their telecom inquiries and ensuring a delightful experience. Key Responsibilities Assist French-speaking customers through various channels (phone, email, and chat) with inquiries related to telecom products and services. Provide technical support, billing assistance, and address service-related issues professionally. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system for continuity and quality assurance. Collaborate closely with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated on new telecom products, features, and industry trends to ensure informed support to customers. Fluency in French (both written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage. Prior experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the telecom sector. Strong understanding of telecom products and services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to customer service. Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the telecom industry.
