Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic French-Speaking Transportation Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients within the transportation sector. This position provides an excellent opportunity to leverage your language skills and customer service experience in a vibrant and international work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and professional customer support to French-speaking clients regarding transportation services and inquiries. Assist with bookings, schedules, and resolving customer issues across multiple communication channels. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations. Stay updated on transportation policies, products, and procedures to guide customers effectively. Proactively identify ways to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is an asset. Experience in customer service, preferably within transportation or logistics industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with CRM tools and transportation software is beneficial. Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service. Willingness to work and live in Greece, adapting to a multicultural environment.
