JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated French Teacher-for casual once per week, evening classes, freelance individulas to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating adult students in the French language, fostering a love for the language and culture, and enhancing their communication skills. This role requires creativity, patience, and a commitment to student success, particularly in a classroom setting that may include adult students with diverse learning needs. The course is a 10 week commitment in the evenings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, French Language, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English.
  • Proficiency in proofreading written materials for accuracy and clarity.
  • Experience with classroom management techniques that promote an inclusive learning environment.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering adult student success.
