Description

Plan and create product features for securities, funds, bonds, and derivatives to help global investors efficiently identify opportunities and make informed decisions. Work closely with securities teams across global offices, data providers, product operations, and R&D teams to drive cross-functional projects from planning to launch. Conduct global user research and competitive analysis, collaborating with securities operations teams to gather and prioritize internal and external product requests. Analyze user data to uncover insights, identify pain points, and develop innovative solutions to enhance key performance metrics. Graduates with a degree in Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or a related field; passion for securities investing is a plus. Strong analytical skills, user empathy, data-driven mindset, and attention to detail. Full work proficiency in English (written and spoken). Highly responsible, with excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
