Our Technical Office serves as the central hub and backbone of project execution, ensuring technical excellence and providing critical support to site teams in delivering world-class projects. Role Overview This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Mechanical Engineer to establish a strong foundation in the commissioning and engineering services sector. As a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting project operations by providing technical documentation, coordination, and engineering support related to mechanical systems, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems. You will receive structured training and mentorship from senior engineers, enabling you to develop strong technical, coordination, and documentation skills while contributing to high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities Technical Learning & Development: Review project design drawings, shop drawings, and contract specifications to ensure technical compliance. Technical Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and managing technical submittals such as material data sheets, method statements, and commissioning procedures for mechanical systems. Mastering Document Control: Maintain an organized and systematic record of technical documents, approvals, and project correspondence. Coordination & Communication: Liaise with site commissioning teams, project management, and consultants to support the resolution of technical queries. Project Support: Assist in preparing progress reports, technical summaries, and final handover documentation. Who We Are Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Fresh graduate or 0–3 years of experience. Understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection). Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. Good communication skills in Arabic and English. Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
