KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

· Consistent track record of supervisory experience (Minimum 1-5 years).
· Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
· High School Diploma or equivalent, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish as a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

You must have, or the ability to obtain Food Safety Certification within 180-days of placement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Leads and manages Fresh department (Produce & Floral, Meat & Seafood, Deli & Bakery) operations and associates to execute company best practices to maximize sales and profitability.
· Reviews forecasting, ordering, and replenishment of fresh products and supplies. Manages monthly inventory process and evaluates results.
· Validates that team members are following proper processes and items are weighed and priced accurately.
· Ensures that all products are fresh and meet company quality standards. Maintains the proper rotation of received goods.
· Receives and inspects fresh shipments. Ensure fresh freezers and coolers are neat and organized. All fresh shelves and display cases are stocked.
