$15.00 - $18.64 PER HOUR GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to ensure the quality, freshness and product assortment is maintained in the Fresh Pack department. This person will ensure the efficient packing and fulfillment of Fresh Pack orders for stores, load pallets for shipment and provide exceptional customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures · Ensures the quality and freshness of all Fresh Pack products and services provided by the Distribution Center · Ensures the Fresh Pack department is cleaned daily and meets the company standards for appearance · Delivers excellent customer service to all customers · Prepares Fresh Pack orders to be sent to the stores · Completes assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner · Sets a professional and positive example to others · Communicates openly and frequently with Fresh Pack Manager and Distribution Center Director. · Ensures company standards for safety, sanitation and productivity are maintained · Assists as needed to ensure the success of the Distribution Center as a whole MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Performs other job-related duties as assigned NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS: · Consistent and daily interaction with store associates TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
