REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a produce management or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of fresh produce varieties, seasonality, and handling requirements.
• Proven ability to manage pricing, stock levels, and waste efficiently.
• Skilled in visual merchandising and creating attractive displays.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passionate about delivering quality and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure high standards of quality control across all fresh produce.
• Manage stock ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce waste.
• Perform regular price adjustments in line with market trends and sales targets.
• Provide product knowledge and training to team members to improve service and efficiency.
• Lead and motivate staff in daily operations and performance.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance customer appeal.
• Monitor and report on department performance, margins, and supplier issues.
