  • Ensure high standards of quality control across all fresh produce.
  • Manage stock ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Perform regular price adjustments in line with market trends and sales targets.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to team members to improve service and efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate staff in daily operations and performance.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance customer appeal.
  • Monitor and report on department performance, margins, and supplier issues.
