Help Wanted: Bakery/Deli Manager/Fresh Specialist
We’re looking for an experienced Bakery/Deli Manager to join our grocery store team! This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves food, customer service, and team building.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bakery and deli departments
• Ensure high standards of food quality, freshness, and safety
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming department
• Monitor sales and help drive growth

Qualifications:

• Prior management or supervisory experience in a bakery, deli, or grocery environment preferred. Willing to train the right person
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
• Flexible schedule, including some weekends
