Position: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full daily operations of the assigned store and act as the on-site owner/operator
  • Execute all systems, manuals, forms, and processes as per Freshslice’s operational standards
  • Maintain quality standards for food preparation and customer service in alignment with brand values
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise all staff; ensure each team member completes training and adheres to company procedures. Re-train if necessary
  • Control food, supply, and cleaning material costs at 40%, and labor costs at 23% (±2%) as per company benchmarks
  • Promote the Freshslice brand to all schools within a 5km radius (for Pizza Days), as well as to local businesses, government offices, and community events to increase average sales
  • Coordinate with Head Office and technical teams to resolve any operational, equipment, or signage issues

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management or operations
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings or weekends if needed
  • Strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Preferably live within 30 minutes of the store

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Wage: $21 – $24 per hour
  • Shifts: 8-hour shifts (morning, day, evening, or night); weekend availability may be required

Preferred Assets:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of restaurant management experience
  • Previous experience managing a Freshslice store is a strong asset
