EDUCATION:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • A certificate or diploma in office administration considered an asset.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment (scan, photocopier, etc.).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to draft and proofread documents and correspondence.

  • Knowledge of housing functions, services, and maintenance is an asset.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
