POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Front & Back End Lead with a strong medical assisting and aesthetics background to oversee and actively participate in the daily operations of both the clinical and administrative teams in our boutique-style, high-end medical spa.
This role is ideal for a mature, highly organized, and proactive individual who can seamlessly lead operations, mentor staff, and ensure the highest standards of patient care and client experience. A minimum of 4 years of combined clinical and administrative experience in a medical aesthetics or dermatology setting is required.
You will be responsible for direct oversight of patient flow, front desk efficiency, back office support, provider assistance, and client engagement, ensuring all aspects of the medspa run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for daily front and back office operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior medical assistants, front desk staff, and clinical team members.
  • Serve as liaison between providers, staff, and management to ensure optimal workflow and communication.
  • Monitor schedules, patient flow, and room turnover to minimize downtime and delays.
  • Collaborate with ownership to improve systems and processes that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
  • Proven leadership or team coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (MA) or equivalent experience in both clinical and administrative functions.
  • Proficient in EMRs (e.g., Aesthetic Pro), scheduling software, and basic reporting tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of non-surgical aesthetic services, skincare treatments, and product lines.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to lead by example and coach others.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Associate’s degree, MA certification, or relevant field certification required.
