OVERVIEW

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Front and Back of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and food service areas. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience in serving or customer service is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly handled
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food service areas
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of meals served
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
  • Handle food items with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies
