Description Handle all incoming calls from customers, vendors and other contacts. Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer orders and monitor bulk CO2 and propane tank fill levels. Assist customers and visitors at the front counter, providing prompt and professional service. Enter customer orders for products and services accurately into the system. Operate the cash register for orders from drivers and front-counter customers. Support sales staff with customer account inquiries. Create purchase orders for bulk CO2 and propane deliveries, and truck maintenance. Manage email communication with customers, ensuring timely responses. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Refill dry ice bins as needed. Refill CO2 and propane cylinders to meet customer and operational needs. Requirements Customer service experience, in retail, service, or utility industries. Basic knowledge of propane products and safety practices is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. Proficiency in using computers, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders, cash and inventory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license.
