Description Job Duties: Helps customers at the counter with tool orders, estimates, inventory, etc. Accurately fulfill orders to be shipped to customers Receives incoming repairs and creates proper documentation Provides customer with quality customer services demonstrating a sense of urgency Supports customer service needs onsite, as well as through phone support and e-mail communication Assists mechanics with machines waiting on parts to ensure the parts are allocated correctly Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior warehouse, distribution, pallet jack experience preferred Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks Strong customer service skills Experience in handling difficult customer service situations Maintains excellent regular attendance, punctuality at work to ensure a high-quality and timely response for customers. Must perform work accurately and with a sense of urgency and integrity while playing strict attention to detail. Converse verbally on phone and in person Physical dexterity for use of tools and ability to lift 75lbs. Analytical ability including basic math skills
