We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Counter/ Customer Service member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support in a professional environment.

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Handle incoming calls to address questions and facilitate service offerings
• Use our POS system to create customer orders on check in and check out customer orders on pick up
• Check and tag dry cleaning and laundry orders; sort laundry to be cleaned
• Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Take customer payments
