Front desk staff member for Waterloo’s only PC gaming lounge, opening in September in the heart of Uptown Waterloo.
Support rental of 18PC gaming stations, plus one Playstation playroom, as well as snack and drink sales.

As a front counter staff member, you’ll be the face of our lounge. Your tasks will include:

  • Processing payments for memberships, PC rentals, food, and snacks
  • Cleaning and maintaining PCs, gaming areas, eating equipment and washrooms
  • Stocking the fridge and freezer with beverages and food
  • Hosting birthday parties, corporate team-building events, and gaming tournaments
  • Providing top-tier customer service and answering guest inquiries
  • Managing bookings and assisting with event setup

To thrive in this role, you should:

  • Be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
  • Present yourself professionally and be punctual
  • Have a friendly, helpful attitude and a passion for customer service
  • Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Be available for day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays
