Position: Front Counter Staff
Department: Customer Service
Reports to: Operations Manager / Manager on Duty
Pay Rate: Starting at $12/hr, depending on experience
Employment Type: Part-time

    Vitense Golfland is looking for friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused people to join our team as Front Counter attendants. If you enjoy creating great first impressions and helping guests have a fantastic experience, this may be the job for you!
    The front counter is the first stop for guests, so we’re looking for someone who can provide exceptional service, answer questions, and assist customers with activities, payments, and general inquiries.

GUEST SERVICES & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Greet guests as they enter, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Answer phone calls professionally and assist with inquiries.
  • Make activity recommendations based on guest interests and preferences.
  • Process payments for activities, rentals, and services.
  • Assist guests with equipment, pricing, and general facility information.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and care.
