FRONT COUNTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a Front-Counter Sales Representative who will strive to create a welcoming environment for our customers and respond to inquiries. Do you have experience providing service quotes, processing sales transactions, and being a product and service expert, among other responsibilities?

QUALIFICATIONS AND SUCCESS

• You are interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high-energy, fast-paced team environment.
• You have exceptional customer service skills.
• You have 2 years of experience in customer service, counter, or inside sales roles (preferred). You have a demonstrated understanding of the automotive/ related industry and an aptitude for learning product knowledge.
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
• Effective problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
• You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 30-50 lb. tires around as needed.
• You are always safety conscious, wear your required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn to enhance customer interactions.
• Passion for the automotive industry to build rapport and promote product knowledge.
• Effective resolution of customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Willingness to be cross-trained for increased versatility and team contribution.
