Job Description

  • Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Properly manage a shift and ensure profitability and efficiency in the daily operation of the business.
  • Oversee various hospitality areas: Front Counter, Register, iPOS, Drive-Thru, Dining Room.
  • Provide exceptional service that aligns with Chick-fil-A standards and core values, which are: Purpose Driven, Here to Serve, Better Together, and Pursue What’s Next.
  • Ensures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant’s established speed of service guidelines.
  • Ensures that workstations are clean at all times.
  • Ensures that cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times.
  • Executes proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that Team Members monitor drive-thru, dining room, restroom, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness.
  • Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.
  • Continuously seeks opportunities for personal and team growth by embracing feedback and adapting to change.
  • Stays composed and solutions-oriented under pressure, proactively addressing challenges while maintaining high standards of efficiency and hospitality.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with encouragement and accountability.
  • Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
  • Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Full-time availability must be able to work 30-40 hrs/wk
  • Saturday availability (Required for all team members)
  • 2 years previous leadership experience required
  • An enthusiastic, positive attitude
  • A desire to learn and grow
  • A commitment to serve others
  • An attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Direct a sense of urgency and move with purpose
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
