Support the operations team with various tasks as needed. Schedule and organize meetings and appointments. Perform other duties as directed by operations/management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Experience in oil and gas billing and administrative work is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Willingness to learn and grow in the position. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail. Associate degree in business administration, office management, or related field is preferred.
