  • Familiarity with office management practices and clerical experience is advantageous.

  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
  • Greet and connecting customers with designers
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management and detailed documentation of customer interactions with designers
  • Enter non-standard specific orders
  • Submit daily reports
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
