Description RK Pharma Inc, a US based company with subsidiaries in India, is seeking an administrative professional to complement our growing administrative team. As a company focused on the development, manufacturing and sale of high quality and affordable generic pharmaceutical products worldwide we are looking for an outgoing, hardworking, driven, detail-oriented individual to help us with overall administrative duties and human resources at our Pearl River, NY facility. The main expectations and responsibilities for this position are: • Greeting people as they enter working at our front desk and ensuring that they sign in to the facility. • Onboarding new hires to the site and making sure they know where to go and feel comfortable and part of the team. • Preparing the conference rooms for meetings and audits as they occur • Working with Finance, Human Resources, and other departments with administrative tasks like scanning, completing documentation, and expense reports. • Sorting and distributing mail. • Reliably commute to Pearl River, NY at shift times which can be variable depending on meetings and facility activities. • An associate’s degree or better in business administration, or equivalent work experience. • Bi-lingual Spanish a plus If this sounds like something that is of interest to you, please don’t hesitate to apply to start a conversation.
