Description Administrative Assistant Primary Location Blanchard, MI Reports to Business Manager Responsibilities This job requires organizational skills, dedication, and computer skills. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answer phones, direct calls to the appropriate person, and screen unwanted or solicited calls. Use proper phone etiquette. Greet and direct incoming people to the office Mail out Sales Orders and Paid Invoices Send out New Customer Packs Help keep customer contacts up to date in Net Suite Print and laminate hunter tags for tannery and taxidermy Take credit card information from customers when A/R isn’t available Lock door at 4:30 pm unless customers are in the building All other duties as assigned by Supervisors and Managers Physical Demands This position is classified as Sedentary Work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but will involve walking or standing for periods of time. Education/Experience High School Diploma required. Computer experience nice but not necessary we will train. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time hourly position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm. Additional hours may be required. Travel to additional shop locations as needed, overtime hours may apply in peak season.
Responsibilities
