This role requires exceptional organization and communications skill both verbal and written, the ability to enter, extract and interpret information into/from an MRP/ERP system, the ability to effectively use the Microsoft Office suite of products and the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following essential functions are the critical duties an employee must be able to perform either unaided or with the assistance of reasonable accommodation. Entering timecards and reviewing labor edit reports Billing customers Performing filing and clerical duties Answering phones and transferring calls Assisting visitors/customers with answering inquiries about the company Greeting visitors and assisting them with the sign in process Notifying employees that a visitor has arrived Ordering food and assisting with setting up special events and meetings Managing and ordering office supplies Scanning and organizing Maintenance Reports Other duties as assigned An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. Licenses/Certificates: Driver’s license Technology/Equipment: Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), EPICOR experience is a plus
