Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients in Arabic and English.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the correct department.

  • Assist clients with completing forms and processing payments.
  • Translate and communicate important information between clients and staff when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Perform administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
