Responsibilities Welcoming, hosting, and managing visitors Handling and servicing the telephone center and correspondence Organizing and supporting meetings at the company’s offices Filing and general secretarial support duties Responsible for regular maintenance of office equipment and ordering consumables and stationery Typing and filing emails, reports, and other corporate documents Required Qualifications At least one year of experience in a similar position Good command of English (both written and spoken) Proficient computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) Excellent communication skills Strong organizational abilities What we Offer Competitive remuneration & benefits package Dynamic & fast paced working environment Continuous learning & development opportunities
