We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Administrator to join our team. This position is the central hub of the College, supporting students, faculty, and daily operations.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Front Desk Administrator is the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. This role combines student services, academic and financial administration, and general office support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the College.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or degree in administration, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with database systems.
  • Experience in education, student services, or bookkeeping is an asset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and support students, faculty, and visitors with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain accurate student records, including enrollment, attendance, and transcripts.
  • Assist with student applications, registration, contracts, and graduation packages.
  • Support faculty with scheduling, attendance records, and administrative needs.
  • Maintain instructor files and program documentation.
  • Process tuition payments, assist with payment plans, and support financial record keeping.
  • Coordinate course scheduling, intake organization, and graduation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with college policies, licensing standards, and government requirements.
  • Support marketing, recruitment, and special events, including open houses.
  • Manage general office operations, including filing systems and front desk duties.
