We are based in the Amer Center in Bay Avenue, Dubai, and are looking for a professional, Arabic-speaking female to join our team in a blended role that covers front desk, admin, and customer service duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Female candidate, fluent in Arabic, with good command of English
  • Law background (degree preferred)
  • Previous experience with Dubai government services, Amer, Tasheel, or business setup is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle phone calls, messages, scheduling, and general office inquiries
  • Support clients with government-related services and business setup procedures
  • Liaise with Dubai government entities when necessary
  • Maintain front desk organization and office supply inventory
  • Provide administrative support to management and team members
  • Represent the company in a polished and professional manner at all times
