JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Reception Administrative Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position combines traditional front desk responsibilities with modern social media management, making it perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the welcoming face of our organization while maintaining our digital presence across social media platforms.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support and reception duties
· Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
o Advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
o Professional document creation and formatting in Word
o Presentation design and delivery using PowerPoint
· Proven experience managing social media accounts for business purposes
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
· Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
· Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
· Discretion when handling confidential information
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience with social media management platforms.
· Knowledge of graphic design software (Canva, Adobe)
· Familiarity with CRM systems and database management
· Basic photography and video editing skills
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

RECEPTION & ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
· Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and phone inquiries
· Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages
· Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
· Schedule appointments and manage executive calendars
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
· Maintain reception area organization and professional appearance
· Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup
· Provide general administrative support to Executive Team
· Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
