JOB SUMMARY

We are a walk-in chiropractic practice that has been in Beaumont for 10 years. We are looking to add a front desk staff member onto our team. The ideal candidate will work well under pressure, have a keen eye for organization and multi task effectively. We are looking for staff that are long term, and have a patient focus.
This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities.
PLEASE NOTE: This role will start as an entry level administrative assistant however, we are looking to train up to an assistant manager for the right applicant.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience utilizing Jane is preferable, but not required.
  • Confidence in problem solving and resolution management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and computer applications, including Google Suite/Microsoft.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently while managing client interactions.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
  • Have open availability including morning, evenings and weekends
    Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
    Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
