What You’ll Do: · Greet visitors and answer calls with professionalism and a smile. · Support insurance operations: process certificate of insurance requests, route documents, and manager mail. · Keep our office running efficiently: manage supplies, maintain spaces and assist with coordinated events. · Take on special projects and ad hoc tasks to support the team. Requirements What We’re Looking For: · High School diploma required, associate or bachelor’s preferred. · 1-2+ years of administrative or reception experience; insurance experience is a plus. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. · Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and customer service skills. · Team player who can also work independently.
